TLG is Hiring an Entry Level Recruiter Near Itasca, IL
We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in recruiting, while also receiving daily development and mentorship!
Responsibilities:
- Source and contact candidates daily
- Utilize and maintain an organized applicant tracking system
- 100 outbound contacts daily between email, call, and text
- Maintain weekly quotas
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates throughout the entire pipeline
Requirements:
- Motivated and results-driven
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Organized
- Love talking to and helping people
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
