We are looking for a positive/ energetic customer service orientated person to place and receive call with business, on behalf of our customers (B2B technology and manufacturing companies). The goal is to promote business growth, keep existing clients happy and expand the company’s clientele.

You must have a laptop and fast internet. You will be provided a virtual desktop that we will be in control of, as well as a phone system to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Cold call people using the phone system and calling list we provide you with
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers/or existing
• Use scripts to guide you through the call for existing or potential new clients
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements/ or potential new
• Record the customer’s information you received accurately in a computer system
• Engage contacts you speak with in a positive, customer service orientated fashion
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
• Keep records of calls and record useful information in the system you are using

Skills (helpful but not always needed since full training is provided)

• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be proficient in English, able to clearly articulate points and questions
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented
• High school diploma

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
