We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer Department Head to join TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) in the beautiful city of Melbourne, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of incredible projects such as hospitals, schools, municipal and commercial buildings to name a few. You will work closely with key clients to commission projects for implementation and verification of complex building systems. In this role, you will be able to develop and impart your knowledge in the activation of multiple building systems. Learn from seasoned experts, help grow future leaders within this established team, and benefit from in house coordination with multiple other disciplines.

We are looking for a talented teammate that has at BSCE or BSAE (with structural specialty) from an ABET accredited engineering program, a PE license, and at least 8 years' experience leading the engineering and design of structural systems (foundations, columns, beams, joists, facades, and associated loads) for commercial, institutional, governmental, and healthcare facilities. Demonstrated leadership and project management successes are expected of qualified candidates.
