TLC, “The Landscape Company” is looking for an experienced landscape maintenance team lead. Individual must meet the following criteria

• Ability to motivate and lead others
• Dependable
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Experience in landscape maintenance
• Mowing
• Edging
• Plant Maintenance/Pruning
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Applicant must have excellent time management skills for effective completion of tasks. Maintain a safe working environment with proper training and operation of all equipment for each crew member. Be able to handle all physical expectations. Highly detailed and takes pride in his/her work. Able to drive pick-up with trailer attached. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
