Full Job Description

The upbeat Client Service Coordinator we’re looking to add to our team is a positive people leader who refuses to settle for good enough. When planning and prioritizing you’re the definition of efficiency. Managing tasks has always been a breeze for you because you have the ability to think forward and have the attention to detail to back it up.

You may be an impatient Client Service Coordinator, but nothing slips through the cracks when it comes to coordinating client schedules with caregivers all with outstanding customer service. For you, predicting the future comes easy because you spend each day looking through the eyes of our clients who deserve the highest level of care.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly confirmation of client schedules and medication
  • Schedule and re-schedule client appointment daily.
  • Review daily treatment updates
  • Coordinate consent form process
  • Provide timely communication within the clinic to staff, doctors, and patients
  • Resolve daily scheduling issues
  • Coordinate physicians' daily appointments
  • Provides customer service for patients and their families
  • Act as a resource to proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
  • ·Set daily/weekly doctor appointment

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Possess the cognitive skills necessary to understand complex medical terminology, instructions from physicians on patient care/preparation, and proper handling of medical records
  • Must have superb customer service at all times
  • Experience using Google Docs, Excel and Practice Fusion is a plus
  • Must be able to speak professionally and communicate effectively at all times
  • Must be able to learn and assimilate information rapidly
  • · Provide consultation for assigned caregivers regarding the client caregivers regarding the client care plan and specific needs of clients
  • Must have an ownership spirit who wants to excel at their position
  • Must have a go-with-flow attitude and understand that things are going to change…that is why we need this specialty position!
  • Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Needs to be able to work in a team, but also work well as an individual
  • Be able to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to self-motivate
