COTA Summary

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant duties to include conducting screenings, assist and contribute to the OTR’s development of a client’s individualized plan of care while planning and implementing evidence-based interventions appropriate for clients. Maintaining records of the client's occupational therapy program and periodic reporting will also be required. Services provided include individualized treatment to improve motor skills, balance and coordination. Pay range is $50.00 - $70.00 per hour based on experience.

COTARequirements include:

• Valid driver’s license
• Valid car insurance
• Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Arizona
• Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
• AHCCCS Provider (or ability to obtain AHCCCS Provider status)

Article 9 Training and CPR certification available (if therapist doesn't already have).
