We remain focused on supporting the well-being of children and building stronger families.Job DescriptionImmediate openings for compassionate caregivers! Do you have a passion for helping and caring for people?TLC Family Care is looking for reliable, trustworthy compassionate caregivers to provide high quality assistance and personal care services in client’s homes. Our agency provides backup care when families are in need. We are a very busy agency and care for both seniors and children.We have lots of work in your area and you have the freedom to choose the shifts you want, (mostly daytime 8am-6pm)!How it works:TLC contacts you with open Elder Care shifts.You take which shifts work for your schedule. (Like a Substitute Teacher)Compensation and Benefits:$15 - $17 per hour gross before taxes (includes occasional bonuses)Weekly direct deposit as an employee of TLCOvertime- Time and a half payAn agency who will respect the important work you do. $50 per month towards an HSA for employees who work at least 30 hours per week.
