Requirements:
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Approved certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Approved certification in TNCC (for ER/ICU department)
- A minimum of 6 months working under RN license
- Successful completion of a Skills Assessment specific to area of expertise
- Able to provide current immunization records or exemption forms (Flu, Covid/Covid exemption, Hep B, TB, Etc.)
- Able to provide proof of identity and employment authorization document(s)
- Completion of Criminal Background Screening
- Must be reliable and dedicated to giving best patient care
- Must perform all duties in accordance with the regulations established by the State Nurse Practice Act, Board of Nursing, policies of TLC Healthcare Staffing and the utilizing facility
