Qualifications:

• Current Texas Certified Nurse Aide license without restrictions
• Minimum of 3 months CNA experience 
• Current CPR Certification
• Able to provide immunization records or exemption forms (Flu, Covid, TB, Etc.)
• Able to provide proof of identity and employment authorization document(s)
• Completion of Criminal Background Screening
• Must be reliable and dedicated to giving best patient care

Responsibilities:

• Providing physical support for patients or residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, walking, standing, or exercising
• Monitoring patient needs and reporting any issues to other healthcare personnel
• Take and record vital signs
• Responding to calls for assistance
• Ensuring that the facility is clean and safe
