Qualifications:

• Current LVN license without restrictions with the Board of Nursing
• Competency in pharmacology.
• Successful completion of a Skills Assessment specific to area of expertise
• Minimum of 3 months experience in Hospitals, Long Term Care Facilities or Nursing Homes.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Able to provide current immunization records or exemption forms (Flu, Covid, TB, Etc.)
• Able to provide proof of identity and employment authorization document(s)
• Completion of Criminal Background Screening
• Must be reliable and dedicated to giving best patient care
• Must perform all duties in accordance with the regulations established by the State Nurse Practice Act, Board of Nursing, policies of TLC Healthcare Staffing and the utilizing facility

• Ensuring facility is clean and safe
