TLC Child Care Center is a Star 4 school located in Perkasie, PA. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of early childhood education to the children in our care. We value our staff and strive to create a friendly, fun environment not just for the children we care for, but also for our staff!

TLC Child Care Center has served the Perkasie Community for over 40 years. We have a long tradition of providing high-quality early education to children ages 6 weeks through Kindergarten. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young children and be able to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages children to explore and develop their skills. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing lesson plans, providing instruction, assessing student progress, and communicating with parents.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of the students.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow.
• Maintain records of student progress and attendance.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
• Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Create lesson plans that are age-appropriate and engaging.
• Encourage creativity in the classroom.
• Model appropriate behavior for students.

The ideal candidate will have at least a CDA in early childhood, and also have at least three years experience in the classroom. Hours for this position are 9:00-6:00.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
