Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
- Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for the position)
- Ability to pass a background check
