Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Manager. The property is 84 units and located in Bedford. This would be ideal for an experienced Assistant Manager looking for their first opportunity at a Manager role. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the property management industry. As an Entry Level Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of property management, including customer relationship management, upselling, property leasing, and office administration.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally

- Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities

- Assist in the leasing process, including conducting property tours, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements

- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospects, responding to inquiries in a timely manner

- Assist with facilities management tasks, such as coordinating maintenance requests and overseeing vendor relationships

Skills:

- Strong customer relationship management skills

- Proven ability to upsell products or services

- Knowledge of property leasing processes and procedures

- Proficient in office administration tasks, including record keeping and data entry

- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse individuals

- Basic understanding of facilities management principles

- Resman experience is a plus!
