Providing services to five counties, Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Flagler, and Volusia.

Full Time / Part Time / PRN

Other essential duties and responsibilities of a RNs include:

• Coordinates total patient care by: conducting comprehensive and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring patient condition, promoting sound preventive practices.
• Perform admission, transfer, re-certification, resumption of care and discharge OASIS for patient.
• Consult with physician regarding patient care plan.
• Complete nurses’ notes
• Obtain orders
• Review’s patients’ chart for completion
• Participate in patients discharge planning.

· Pass a background screening

· Valid Florida RN License

· Oasis experience

· CPR
