Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and optimizing profits.

Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Supervise and train staff members
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and restocking products
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Handle cash register operations and reconcile daily sales
- Monitor and manage store expenses to optimize profitability
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail or store management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in basic math for managing inventory and pricing
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Familiarity with cash register operations and handling financial transactions

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in market analysis and implementing marketing strategies
- Previous experience in team management or supervisory roles
