Staffing Coordinators are responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling workers to ensure that the company's labor requirements and needs are fulfilled. Staffing experience and supervisor experience are preferred. This is a position that guarantees growth within our company!
Duties Include:
- Plan, organized, and implement a sustainable staffing strategy
- Investigate the company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly
- Work with recruiting agencies when needed
- Identify hard-to-fill roles and take proactive actions
- Assist in candidate screening and interviewing
- Assist in new employee onboarding
- Evaluate new staff
- Assist with new employee orientation
- Design and plan work shift schedules
- Assist with payroll procedures and activities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
