Job Summary:

We are seeking a Roofer/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal stud framing, schematics, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, and general construction.

Duties:

- Assist with building and repairing roofs
- Work with hand tools to complete roofing projects
- work efficiently to finish tasks on time
- Participate in tpo roofing tasks
- keep a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in metal stud framing, schematics, tpo roofing system, and carpentry
- Proficiency in using hand tools for construction tasks
- Ability to work with others
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive duties

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in metal stud framing
- Knowledge of schematics for construction projects
- Ability to plumb
- Skills in building and repairing roofs
- Proficiency with hand tools for construction tasks
- Familiarity with trim carpentry techniques
- Experience in remodeling projects
- Experience with tpo roofing systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $170.00 - $190.00 per day

Expected hours: No more than 60 per week
