About the Role:

• This role will work with their clients/patients in Evanston, IL and surrounding areas

• This role will be responsible for traveling to the patients home and providing Home Health Care

• The majority of patients that you'll see are Geriatric

Travel: Yes | Local:

• Travel will be within 45min - 1hr of their home

• Travel Reimbursement is provided (Milage Rates Attached)

• Fleet Vehicle Program - After 6mo of employment they can enroll in company vehicle program (gas and maintenance is paid for)

Hours: Fulltime | 40hrs per week:

• Monday - Friday

• Candidates will make their own hours (flexibility on when to accept patients and visit them)

• Schedules are made a month in advance

• RN's will work with schedulers to assist in schedule creation Location: Evanston, IL

• Candidates MUST reside local to the area (as this is a travel position)

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher
• An RN role (1 years)
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois (IL)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?
• Are you okay with the required travel for this position?

Pay: From $78,000.00 per year
