Hello Professionals, We are looking for HRSD Analyst with the following skill sets.

Role : HRSD Analyst

Hybrid : 2 days a week in office

Location: San Jose, CA

Certifications:
ServiceNow System Admin certification (must)
HRSD Implementation certification (preferred)
Experience in HRSD architecture (preferred)
Functional:
Atleast 2-3 years of experience implementing HRSD ServiceNow Platform features and functionality
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in HR processes and workflows
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure flawless application performance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Solid experience in gathering a documenting business requirement for ServiceNow
Experience in SLA models
