Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Beverage Server to join our team. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Duties: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner - Take orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately - Provide recommendations on drink selections based on guest preferences - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station - Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure proper handling of beverages - Assist in the kitchen with basic food preparation tasks as needed - Sanitize work areas and equipment regularly to maintain cleanliness standards - Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as necessary - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote specials - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change - Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - Time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery We offer competitive pay rates and provide training to help you succeed in this role.
