Duties include but are not limited to:

• Review client requests for new orders and submit for processing.
• Conduct research and review property information and transaction related document to properly assign orders and prepare time and cost quotes and invoices.
• For bulk orders, create and maintain project spreadsheets so that projects can be effectively managed by the lead Underwriter/Title Officer.
• Coordinate communication with the project team for bulk order projects to support the transaction’s closing.
• Provide quality service to clients in a positive, professional, proactive manner by returning calls and emails promptly with solution oriented thinking.
• Participate in training sessions
• Work with internal and external customers to ensure real estate transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work individually and as an active team member helping to achieve department goals.

Requirements:

• College graduate or commensurate work experience.
• Previous title and/or real estate experience preferred.
• Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to meet continuous deadlines and organize/prioritize workflow.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with people individually and as a versatile team player. Possess the ability to handle various client matters and maintain composure in difficult situations.
• Technically proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point) and other computer applications.
• Must be a quick learner and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
