Duties include but are not limited to:
Organize, retrieve, pick-up and deliver a variety of transaction related documents.
Follow daily delivery schedule between TG and client offices that may vary from day to day.
Complete daily log of incoming and outgoing documents.
Ensure availability via company-provided cell phone for urgent or last-minute deliveries.
Follows appropriate driving/walking route between pick-up and delivery points.
Assist with sorting and packet assembly as needed.
Work individually and as an active team member helping to achieve department goals.
Quick learner, independent, and able to work with minimal guidance.
Continuous alertness and attention to detail are required.
Possesses good organizational skills and ability to meet assigned deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with people individually and as a versatile team player.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving abstract.
Minimum 1 year delivery driving work experience preferred.
1 year customer service or office setting work experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of general office or customer service experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.25 - $20.00 an hour
