Title Boxing Club is Hiring a Coach Near Killeen, TX

Position Overview

As a Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a difference every day while building an exciting career in fitness. You will work both one-on-one and in a group setting all while helping members achieve their fitness goals. Be the spark that inspires someone to keep training, to try
harder, and to live healthier!

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver the best-in-class boxing classes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base
  • Coach, motivate, and inspire members at every stage of their fitness journey
  • Demonstrate the value of personal training by creating an outstanding experience for new and existing members
  • Make the club easy to use by guiding and educating members on comprehensive fitness programs and products
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

  • A passion for the fitness industry and helping people live healthy lives
  • Boxing group fitness experience strongly encouraged
  • Strong understanding of the principles of physical fitness and proper exercise techniques
  • Outgoing, energetic, passionate, positive, motivational, hard-working, and empathetic
  • Strong desire to help others
  • Dedicated work ethic
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills

Education (Preferably)

  • Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Fitness, or a related field or an approved Personal Training

Certification (list below):
o ACSM, ACE, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K., IFPA, NASM, NCSF,
NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.

  • CPR/First Aid/AED Certification required

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking
