TITLE BOXING CLUB - South Tampa is Hiring a Membership Sales Associate Near Tampa, FL

TITLE Boxing Club Sales Associate
The Sales Associate acts as a brand representative and advocate for TITLE Boxing Club and is responsible for engaging and connecting with members and prospective members. The Sales Associate is required to provide the level of service appropriate for each member’s needs in order to drive member satisfaction, sales and brand loyalty. As a member of the TITLE Boxing Club team, the Sales Associate takes pride in the brand, the product and their co-workers, and works hard to deliver an easy yet compelling fitness experience that leaves our members positive and committed to their goals and our Club.

Responsibilities

Sales Focus:

  • Successfully attain personal revenue targets: This is the ultimate measure of your sales success and determines your overall performance.
  • Effectively and professionally enroll guests using TITLE Boxing Club sales techniques and protocols: Mastering sales techniques and converting leads into memberships is crucial for revenue generation.
  • Create new business internally & externally through promotions, referrals, and the dissemination of guest passes: I
  • Reach out to potential members by phone, text and email to set appointments for potential new business
  • Promote specials to current and future guests: Marketing and promoting membership opportunities to both existing and prospective members can convert interest into sales.
  • Complete agreements and manage daily planner/leads
  • Adhere to specific Membership Agreement Procedures (MAP) when enrolling members and guests

Relationship Focus:

  • Build community ties using company-provided tools/programs (ex. community outreach): Fostering positive relationships within the community builds trust and attracts potential customers.
  • Take potential members through club tours and connect the guests to facilities, equipment, services, and amenities: Providing a personalized tour and showcasing the value proposition builds interest and trust.
  • Understand and explain how TITLE Boxing Club products/services will satisfy potential members’ needs: Tailoring your approach to individual needs builds deeper connections and drives sales.Ask questions, build rapport, and earn the right to help the potential member find the path to reach their fitness goals
  • Communicate professionally and authentically and find what holds the highest value to the potential member on a personal level
  • Follow up with members that have enrolled to ensure we are exceeding expectations

Other key responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility: Contributing to a positive club environment enhances the member experience.

Other duties as assigned by leadership: Be prepared to adapt and contribute to broader team goals.

Qualifications

  • College degree, or prior work experience in a related Sales position
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize activities and involve management as needed for direction& escalation
  • Proven performance in meeting sales goals
  • Microsoft Office knowledge including Word and Excel
  • Ability to receive feedback and to take action when appropriate
  • Meet all physical demands required to demonstrate proper use of equipment and fitness techniques, including lifting heavy weights and marketing stands
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Independent, self-starter with strong organization skills and a passion for helping others
  • In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
