OMEX is seeking an experienced full-time Operations Manager to assist in leading operations in our Phoenix Market. This main office for this position is located in Tempe, AZ at 537 S. 48th St. Suite 104. This position requires excellent communication, written and verbal skills as well as being enthusiastic self-starter, outgoing and cheerful personality. Serve as liaison between potential and current OMEX customers, front-line supervisors, and employees. Leading and managing people in a team minded environment is important for success. Candidates should be able to multi-task and prioritize task, able to train employees in all aspects of janitorial cleaning, able to trouble shoot equipment when necessary, able to work independently, be familiar with smartphone technology, including apps and email systems.
This position is currently Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm (subject to change)

Employee must have clean driving record
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be able to work a flexible shift, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools, cleaning tools and chemicals.
Ability to walk long distances, stand for several minutes, crouch, and climb to perform routine cleaning tasks.
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Experience:
Janitorial Supervisory of 30 or more employees: 3 years (Required)
Janitorial Operations: 3 years (Preferred)
