Position Summary:

Responsible warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation daily.

Position Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Prepping inbound receipt docs
• Scheduling containers/LTL deliveries
• Notifying carriers of empties
• Checking and verifying receipts against packing lists

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Prior auditing experience
• Associate's degree
• English/Spanish (Preferred)

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6 months clerical or inventory experience.
• Strong computer and database skills.
• Strong math skills
• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Must pass post-offer background check and drug test
• Inventory control: 1 year
• Forklift Certification
• Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of walking in the warehouse or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

· Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
