We are looking to add a full-time 1st shift CNC Operator to our team.

Titan Tool and Die specializes in the manufacturing of Progressive Stamping dies, Line dies, Pre-pierce / Cut-off dies and Small Lift-Carry Air Transfer dies for the metal stamping and roll-form industry. We offer die repair service and die engineering changes. In addition to die work, we also offer precision machining services:

· We have our own presses for die tryout.

· We have five CNC Vertical Machining Centers.

· We have two Fanuc Wire-cut Electric Discharge Machines for precision machining, as well as an EDM Hole Popper Machine to add start holes to heat treated steel for wire burning.

· We utilize WorkNC, VISI, SOLIDWORKS 2017, Auto CAD, Fast Blank and Master CAM to keep us up to date on new technology.

Requirements:

· Ability to program and run at least two CNC Vertical mills simultaneously.

· Willing to learn how to programm EDM wire machines.

· Experience programing with WorkNC and/or Visi is required.

· Experience with Fadal CNCs

· Setup and operation of CNC equipment

· Review and understand blue prints

· Perform quality inspection

· Troubleshooting complex jobs

· Perform additional duties to meet deadlines

· Positive attitude is mandatory
