Job Description Shop Hand
Essential Functions:

EE will be responsible for the services, repairs and maintenance of all Titan equipment

EE will perform tasks and repairs in teams or solo .

EE will drive a company vehicle while on duty in a legal, safe and professional manner

EE will be responsible for the care and cleanliness of company vehicles, trailers & tools

EE will present himself/herself and represent Titan in a professional manner

EE will be responsible to know how to test, clean and wear all task specific PPE

EE will be responsible to perform a JSA, fill out job checklist and scope of service with the customer

EE will be responsible to maintain appropriate work relationships

EE will be responsible to follow all company policies and procedures

EE will be responsible to help out in other divisions and other tasks from time to time as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to safely perform Services/Repairs on Equipment, trailers, vehicles & semis

Ability to drive a Company Vehicle in a legal, safe and professional manner

Ability to communicate effectively with co workers, supervisors and customers Ability to wear task specific PPE
Job Experience
Minimum 1 yrs. experience
Computer Proficiency
Basic skills mainly data entry and emails

Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred, basic math skills required

Training
We will provide necessary training. Will be assigned a mentor for no less than 1 month
Physical Requirements

Capability of lifting 70 lbs. repeatedly

Working Conditions

Capability to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold/wind/rain/snow.

Must pass pre-employment fit test
Travel Requirements
Travel less than 5% of time

Pay Range
Pay is based on performance, competencies, seniority ($15 - $20)
