We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, self - starter to join our Accounting Team as a Construction Biller in our Corporate office in Springfield, MA. Job Responsibilities:

· Generate monthly progress billing with appropriate back up.

· Create Time & Material billing from Extra Work Orders.

· Set up new projects in the ERP System.

· Final Billing, Retention and Change Order administration.

· Project Closeout, Confirm Manufacturer’s warranties and waivers.

· Posting Cash Receipts.

· Organize and file digital records.

· Communicate with customers about open issues.

· Maintain vendor database.

· Assist with month and year - end close.

· Work closely with the Project Managers.

· Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher

• Prior construction industry experience in Billing, AR or AP.

• AIA billing experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
