Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join team in southern South Carolina for a full-time, permanent opportunity with a non-profit, 501(c)3, primary health care organization, that has provided health care services for over 40 years, and currently cares for approximately 19,000 patients. All sites are Patient Centered Medical Homes.

• Treating all ages
• Most Providers work 4.5 days per week. We also have some who work 4 and a couple who work 5.
• Clinic core hours are M-F, 8:30-5 with Tuesdays open late until 7:30 pm
• Outpatient only
• Pharmacy on-site
• X-ray on-site
