This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate -$29 -$43
• Night Shift diff: $3.00
• Weekends: $2.00
  Sign-On Bonus - $7,500 for night shift RN with 1 year experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care by establishing policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing Required. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required.
• BLS-American Heart Association BLS Provider issued card required.
• ACLS-American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years critical care (ICU, CVICU) experience required, Cath/IR Lab exp strongly preferred.
• On-call is required (must be within 30 minutes of the facility)
• Shifts are 8 to 10 hour days.
