Salary and Benefits

• The base pay for this position is $60,000
• Quarterly bonus based on production

• Mileage Reimbursement – 62.5 cents per mile

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm) – Flexible scheduling each day as long as patients are being seen.
• Going skilled nursing facilities providing short term individual cognitive and behavioral psychotherapy to the geriatric population.
• 12 patients per day

Requirements

• Clear and Active LMHC Licensure in the state of Florida
