A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is needed in Harrisonburg, VA.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization committed to their patients and provides a wide array of services to meet the needs of their community.
Salary and Benefits:
- The salary range based on experience is $80,000 - $90,000
- Health Insurance – Employer Pays Up to 70%

Responsibilities
- Open Hours:
- Monday – Friday (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Saturday (8:00 AM - 11:30 AM)
- Flexible Schedule for Hours and Days
- Stationed at 1 location with Telehealth from other clinics as needed
- 8 Patients per day
- Identifies, triages, and manages patients with behavioral health care needs within the primary care setting.
- Services include counselling for Depression; Anxiety; Grief; Trauma; Anger; Chronic Disease; Self/Behavioral management; Children and Family Counseling; Life Stage coaching and counseling; Marital / Couples Therapy; Substance Abuse Assessments and Substance Use Counseling; mental health assessments; management of care of patients within the field of mental health, crisis management.
Requirements
- Clear and active license in the State of Virginia
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
