Our clinic, serving the community for over 20 years, is dedicated to providing dental care to underinsured, uninsured, and low-income patients in Indiana.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive Pay Range: $152,394 - $206,181
  • Health Insurance – Employer Pays 75% (Approximately $80 Per Pay Period)
  • Dental and Vision Insurance Options
  • Retirement Package – 401(K) with 4% Match
  • Student Loan Repayment Assistance – Eligibility ranging from $50,000 to $100,000
  • Paid Time Off (20 Vacation Days)
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) – Time Off Approved and $2,500 annually
  • 10 Paid Holidays
  • Life Insurance
  • Relocation Assistance Available

Responsibilities:

  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, promoting Work / Life Balance
  • No On-Call, No Nights, No Weekends
  • Collaborate with a Full Support Staff
  • Maintain Autonomy in dental practice

Requirements:

  • Open to New Graduates
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to dental care
  • Clear and Active Dental License (DMD or DDS) in the State of Indiana
