This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that’s committed to their patients and making a difference throughout Allentown, PA.
Salary and Benefits
- The salary range is based on experience ($165,062.50 - $245,765.89/year)
- Incentive Plan Annual Bonus – up to 18% base salary
- Starting Bonus - $20,000 (linked to 1 year of employment)
- Retention Bonus - $20,000 (after 2 years of full-time employment)
- Relocation Assistance – up to $4,000
- Health Insurance – Employee: $0-$30.81 biweekly

Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
- Part-time opening available (10 hours weekly)
- Must be willing to see pediatric patients (6 months – 18 years old)
- Average 18-20 patients per day
- Bread and Butter Dentistry
Requirements
- Clear and active Dentist license in the state of Pennsylvania
- DDS/DMD
- New Graduates will be considered
- Willingness to see children and adolescents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
