Dentist needed in Allentown, PA.

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in a city best known for many things, including its award-winning park system, the Lehigh Valley IronPigs baseball team, and its rich Pennsylvania Dutch history.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that’s committed to their patients and making a difference throughout Allentown, PA.

Salary and Benefits

  • The salary range is based on experience ($165,062.50 - $245,765.89/year)
    • Incentive Plan Annual Bonus – up to 18% base salary
  • Starting Bonus - $20,000 (linked to 1 year of employment)
  • Retention Bonus - $20,000 (after 2 years of full-time employment)
  • Relocation Assistance – up to $4,000
  • Health Insurance – Employee: $0-$30.81 biweekly
  • Dental and Vision Insurance
  • 403(b) Retirement Package – with up to 4% match
  • 26 days (208 hours) Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Eligible for Student Loan Repayment – Up to $50,000 (FQHC Look-Alike)

Responsibilities

  • Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
  • Part-time opening available (10 hours weekly)
  • Must be willing to see pediatric patients (6 months – 18 years old)
  • Average 18-20 patients per day
  • Bread and Butter Dentistry

Requirements

  • Clear and active Dentist license in the state of Pennsylvania
    • DDS/DMD
  • New Graduates will be considered
  • Willingness to see children and adolescents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
