Full Time Sales Associate

This is an entry level employment opportunity that offers paid training. The job requires a daily commute Monday through Friday. This immediate-hire position entails executing a high volume of customer signups for a free ACA health insurance program. The right candidate it outgoing, likes to be active on one's feet, and feels comfortable working in a retail environment.

Full Time Sales Associate Recommended Experience:
- Work experience in the retail or healthcare field is a plus but NOT required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Can commute to Altamonte Springs on a daily basis
- Can start immediately

Full Time Sales Associate Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide insurance policy information and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers with their insurance application
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends in the health insurance field
