Replenishment Manager

Titan America has an immediate opening for a Replenishment Manager in the Deerfield Beach Office, Florida. The responsibilities of the position are to ensure internal and external customers are supplied with the right products at the right time. This position will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, implementing effective replenishment strategies, and collaborating with various departments, carriers, and suppliers to maximize operational efficiency. Additionally, it will oversee our order fulfillment operations, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing and delivery.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and optimize all aspects of order fulfillment, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping to meet customer expectations and delivery timelines.

  • Manage customer service process to address order-related inquiries and lead the team to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

  • Develop and maintain inventory replenishment plans to meet customer demand while minimizing overstock and stockouts.

  • Tender loads to the carriers based on the TMS requirements/priorities and control the execution of the transportation plan.

  • Monitor inventory levels and make data-driven decisions to adjust reorder points, safety stock, and order quantities.

  • Actively propose alternative scenarios to support tactical and strategic decisions with the senior leadership team, based on operational and financial impacts.

  • Continuously utilize data analytics to analyze fulfillment metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Generate regular reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess fulfillment performance and identify areas for improvement in Service Level and Cost-saving Opportunities.

  • Implement best practices in the replenishment processes and new technologies to enhance efficiency and streamline transportation operations.

  • Collaborate with the Transportation and Procurement teams to continuously review our sourcing network, including new suppliers as needed.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Logistics, Sales, Procurement, and Finance, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

  • Work closely with carriers and suppliers to maintain healthy relationships and negotiate favorable terms and lead times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in inventory management and replenishment, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.

  • Over five years of experience in managing teams and processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using inventory management software, Transportation Management System (TMS), and Microsoft Excel.

  • A self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
