Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues with customers to determine root
• Modify existing SQL queries to return specific data or make appropriate changes dependent on the customer’s issue. 
• Monitor and respond to email communications from customer.
• Monitor and work tickets from a ServiceNow que, prioritizing work based on time-sensitivity of requests.
• VMware Admin responsibilities include installing, configuring, securing, remote managing, and monitoring VMware ESXi clusters in multiple VA data centers.
• Administers, monitors, deploys, and configures VM guests utilizing vCenter and vROP/vRA. Document and complete all changes in accordance with VA Change Management policies and procedures.
• Regularly reviews and update documentation on processes. Participate in root cause analysis of major incidents. Customer service mindset, time management, project management, problem-solving, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative
• High level of attention to detail.
• High degree of resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Must have experience MONITORING AND managing tickets in ServiceNow que, prioritizing work based on time-sensitivity of requests.
• Must have EXPERIENCE WITH VMware Admin responsibilities include installing, configuring, securing, remote managing, and monitoring VMware ESXi clusters in multiple VA data centers.
• Must have EXPERIENCE Administers, monitors, deploys, and configures VM guests utilizing vCenter and vROP/vRA. Document and complete all changes in accordance with VA Change Management policies and procedures.
• Experience in root cause analysis of major incidents. Customer service mindset, time management, project management, problem-solving, and team collaboration.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related scientific /technical discipline and 5 years’ work experience.
• Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education: (13 years total)

Clearance:

• Moderate: Tier 2S (Standard MBI)
