Tissue Regenix Group is Hiring a Production Technician I Near Universal, TX
- Responsible for performing final finishing work on allograft tissue.
- Accurately complete final product labeling.
- Responsible for packaging components for irradiation shipment.
- Partner with the appropriate groups and subject matter experts to drive product labeling activities.
- Inspect final products to ensure conformance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and AATB regulations and take appropriate action when non-conformances are noted.
- Complete all quality checks as documented; adjust and re-produce products as needed to provide accurate and damage-free products to the Customer.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to follow directions, work independently and function as a team member.
- Must have working knowledge or be willing to learn, understand, and properly use production equipment.
- Must be able to work in a highly detailed environment with minimal errors.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, process large quantities of products at a time, and meet department’s monthly, weekly, and daily goals.
- Must be self-motivated and flexible with job assignments.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
- Must have organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have the ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 0 – 6 months’ work experience in a manufacturing environment; tissue banking, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated industry preferred, but not required.
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity are essential to prepare final products for release.
- Repetitive hand/wrist motions.
- Exposure to cleaning supplies and biohazardous materials.
- Must be able to stoop to perform routine duties.
- Duties may include physical effort; including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bending, squatting, reaching, or being on feet for long periods of time.
