Silver Reef apartments in Lakewood, CO has an opening for a full-time, Leasing Manager! (www.liveatsilverreef.com)
Qualified candidates will be professional, outgoing and friendly. The goal of the position is to provide current residents a high level of service as well as educate potential residents on the benefits of our living at our property and leasing options. To accomplish this goal, the responsibilities of a Leasing Manager include; rental of vacant apartments, showing apartments, preparing lease packages, renewal of leases, rent collection, answering questions and completing service requests. The Leasing Manager will oversee the leasing consultant responsibilities and manage the social networking, advertising, as well as other responsibilities as outlined by the Supervisor.
This position has the following requirements; availability to work weekends, basic computer skills, ability to understand apartment rental and collection practices, have reliable transportation, be professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. We’re seeking someone with outstanding customer service skills who will take great pride in making the tenant or potential tenant their top priority. Applicant must be physically able to lift 25 lbs., climb stairs, walk between buildings, stoop, kneel and bend, have hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Yardi software experience a plus. Some travel may be required.
