ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:

• Handles and responds large volume of emails
• Creates credit memo/invoice per request
• Maintains and distributes incoming mail
• Completes mailing for monthly statement
• Posts and applies payment to account
• Requests supply orders
• Performs a variety of clerical duties involving filing and maintaining records or reports; communicating effectively both orally and in writing
• Meet schedules and timelines
• Maintains records and prepare reports; communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Maintains a work pace appropriate to the position
• Prioritizes assigned duties

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-year clerical experience
• Learns and applies procedures to complete assigned clerical activities
• Work cooperatively with others
• Completes work with many interruptions
• Understands and follows oral and written directions
