**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience

- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in tire sales, and automotive repair.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication skills

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

- Ability to work in a team environment and independently

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
