COMPENSATION PLAN
Pay: $40,000 - $100,000 Effective rateOur Service Technicians are paid an hourly rate plus commission on all labor -- with no cap on commission! (Starting hourly rate depends on experience level and ASE certifications.) Our Service Technicians say our pay plan is the best in the industry with the potential to earn $40,000 - $100,000 annually factoring in your hourly rate, overtime, and commissions!
