Job Description:

You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, identifying potential clients, and efficiently scheduling inspections and meetings according to supervisor availability and proximity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide potential clients towards scheduling appointments. Emphasize the value and benefits of our services to encourage commitment to appointments.
• Answer incoming calls on the main line promptly and professionally.
• Identify potential clients' needs and concerns and schedule meetings or inspections accordingly.
• Multitask efficiently across multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of dispatching duties.
• Coordinate and keep track of supervisors' schedules, ensuring optimal time management and resource allocation.
• Communicate effectively with field supervisors to relay important information and updates from clients.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all dispatching activities and client interactions.
• Responsible for answering phones incoming calls received outside of company hours, ensuring prompt responsiveness and excellent customer service around the clock.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar dispatching or customer service role, preferably in the restoration, construction industry, or home services.
• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
