We have an immediate need for 2 full-time (40 hours per week) International Corporate Recruiters who will drive and manage the full life-cycle recruiting process to manage talent in a timely manner. The plan for the contract term is about 2-3 months, but could be longer depending on workload and performance.

You must be able to start immediately to be considered. Please note that pay is $20 per hour (USD). The exchange rate may impact how much converts to GBP from week to week.

Individuals will post jobs, strategically source as needed, identify, screen and refer quality applicants to our hiring managers. Individuals are responsible for filling a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions to include accounting, HR, logistics, marketing, administrative, IT, and customer service.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Perform full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt (hourly) and exempt openings
* Reviewing resumes, pre-screening/interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews and partnering with hiring manager through the selection and offer process.
* Proactively source and identify talent using traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as posting on job boards and occasionally sourcing passive candidates from resume databases.
* Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external business partners including human resources

Minimum Qualifications:

Job Experience
* 2 years non-exempt and exempt recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
* Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and providing full-life cycle recruiting for a variety of business service groups.
* Fluent in English
* Sourcing experience preferred
* Technical Skills
* Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems required
* Intermediate to Advanced PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Experience with Zoom, MS Teams, and other communication tools
