This is a Full-time role with SIRVA BGRS Worldwide, Inc!
The Corporate Program Manager helps facilitate all facets of the Relocation Program for a dedicated SIRVA Client that requires additional oversight and management – specifically surrounding recruitment assistance, Service Level Agreements, and reporting. The Corporate Program Manager may or may not be required to be onsite at the Clients facility. The Corporate Program Manager will be required to manage a consultant caseload that may include VIP files. The Corporate Program Manager works closely with the SIRVA Operations teams, SIRVA’s Account Mgmt. team and the Client Contact(s) to provide seamless customer service and maximize SIRVAs value to the Client.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
50% • File Caseload - Oversee the delivery of the entire spectrum of relocation services for the on a dedicated account that may include VIP files. This includes interpreting the designated clients’ relocation policies and procedures and evaluate different options to provide advice and consultation to relocating employee based on their particular needs and country-specific requirements. Provide on-going consultation to the assignee during the entire length of the relocation including managing the expenses associated with the relocation.
40% • Operational Excellence – Works with the Operations team to help educate and train on client specific policies and preferences. Manages Standards of Work practices. Acts as the go to person for client specific questions that the internal SIRVA team has. Acts as a liaison with the client regarding authorization clarification and exceptions. Acts as point of escalation for less experienced GACs. May participate in standing client and/or Account Mgmt. calls.
10% • Reporting – Manages reporting for both SIRVA’s internal operations and client review.
 QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
• Minimum 3 years’ experience administrating relocation policy in a Global Consultant role
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and report out data
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CRP or GMS preferred
