Location: 100% Remote in USA
POSITION SUMMARY
The Director, Client Mobility Support Services is responsible for managing a team of global Program Coordinators, Team Leads, and Managers who provide relocation cost estimate production and revisions associated with the cost projections of clients’ relocation programs. The Director will work closely with the SIRVA Staff, SIRVA Account Management and the Client Contact(s) to provide seamless customer service for cost estimate productions associated with cost estimates, letters of assignment, and data validation.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• 50% - Manage a global team of Program Coordinators, Team Leads, and Managers through mentoring, performance reviews, salary administration and the TMS process. Responsible for hiring and performance management of all global team members. Accountable for driving the mentoring/developing/challenging of high talent/high potential associates globally. Supervise and mentor Team Leads and Managers to ensure the team’s achievement of positional metrics as set. Manages and ensures the quality of work products. Leads team calls. Responsible to ensure global teams meet established client SLA and KPIs. Ensure global coverage and coordination of PTO.
• 30% - Process improvement identification and implementation. Work with Apple Talent Mobility Team leadership to select best practices and partner with the rest of the Apple Management team to implement them. Facilitates cross-departmental communication. Deep knowledge of all relocation frameworks and programs in order to ensure team members are fully briefed and changes are cascaded. Responsible for maintaining global Program Coordinator team process documents.
• 10% - Issue resolution with technology and troubleshooting of items that may impact Program Coordinator productivity globally.
• 10% - Teams with Director, Global Account Mgmt and/or Account Manager to complete project plan initiatives as well as quarterly reporting of the teams progress and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
• Minimum 5 years global mobility operational management experience required
• 1-3 years of client contact or account management experience required
• 1- 3 years of cost estimate and/or global compensation experience required
• Strong ability to lead teams, recruit, manage, develop staff
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Financial/accounting knowledge preferred
• Proficiency in using Mac and Apple software programs preferred
• Strong oral and written skills
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma required
• Undergraduate degree preferred
• CRP preferred within 2 years of entering the relocation industry
