Tio Taco’s Kitchen/Culinary staff enthusiastically leads and motivates Kitchen personnel and other staff to ensure the highest quality food is used and served in all guest meals. Our Kitchen/Culinary lead ensures the consistency of great food promptly served at Tio Taco Tequila.

Requirements:

Follows sanitation standards and procedures complying with legal regulations.

Assists the General Manager in developing and implementing menu sales promotions and assure the success of the promotions.

Assists the General Manager with the recruiting and hiring of Kitchen Crew and Utility Staff.

Assists with ordering and maintenance of all food and paper inventories.

Assures that all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant.

Qualifications:

2-4 years heavy volume restaurant kitchen experience.

Has held responsible positions of Prep or Line Cook.

Ability to train, guide and lead staff.

Ability to work flexible hours.

Demonstrates leadership skills, team oriented.

Good organization and time management skills.

Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
