Tiny Feet Early Intervention is seeking a proactive and versatile individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance and functionality of our facilities while also providing IT support to ensure smooth operations across our organization.
Responsibilities:
Facilities Management:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, patching drywall, caulking around windows, plumbing repairs, and electrical maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and address any facility-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks when necessary.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for facility maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
IT Support:
  • Provide technical support to employees for basic computer problems, software installations, and system configurations.
  • Set up and configure new computers and peripherals for employees.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems to ensure efficient performance.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve hardware or software faults.
  • Implement system upgrades and improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend upgrades or changes as needed.
General Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding facility and IT-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in IT support, including software installation, hardware setup, and system troubleshooting.
