What you'll be doing: Client Services Leadership: Assume leadership in client services across key accounts, ensuring a strategic approach to all client interactions and campaigns. Strategy Understanding: Develop a comprehensive grasp of client marketing and business strategies, goals, and KPIs, becoming an indispensable advisor for client success. Campaign Analysis: Analyze the impact of video campaigns on client businesses, understanding their interplay with other marketing channels. Relationship Management: Lead client relationships by establishing effective communication channels, guiding advertising strategy, and influencing client growth. Campaign Coordination: Oversee all campaign aspects, including creative development, media planning & execution, and strategic optimization. Presentation Delivery: Conduct client meetings and presentations across various platforms, effectively communicating strategies and results. Performance Monitoring: Supervise daily client performance and campaign implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Media Liaison: Serve as the intermediary between network partners, vendors, and internal teams, facilitating seamless campaign execution. Requirements: 0-2 years of work/internship experience at a startup, internal strategy group, tech company, consultancy, or in marketing or finance. Comfortable with quantitative concepts; not a highly technical role, but strong numeracy skills are necessary. Ability to understand and analyze data and communicate findings effectively to clients. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, specifically in client-facing materials and presentations. High personal organization and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required. SQL knowledge is a plus. We also offer an incentive pay based on revenue managed (no cap) Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
